This option is ideal for business owners who feel confident completing Cyber Essentials themselves but would like some additional support.
We will give you 2 hours of support over the phone or via zoom. We will not make any changes to your systems or computers, but will walk you through any difficulties you may encounter.
Once the questionnaire has been completed, we will assess it to make sure there are no errors and submit your application to the Certification Body on your behalf.

- Once you have completed the purchase of Cyber Essentials Basic, you will be sent the self-assessment questionnaire document and preparation booklet.
- One of our specialists will create an account for you on the Cyber Essentials assessment portal and contact you directly within one business day to discuss the process and schedule your support.
- Once you have completed the questionnaire, we will audit your answers to ensure there are no ‘fails’ within your assessment and provide any remediation advice.
- Upon successful pre-check, we will submit your assessment to the Certification Body.
*Organisations that are certified to Cyber Essentials Basic will automatically receive Cyber Insurance if they certify their entire organisation, are domiciled in the UK and their annual turnover is under £20m. You may opt out of this offer.
